Refund & Replacement Policy

All products available on Central Digital Store are digital products delivered electronically.

Refund Policy Once the product key or license is successfully delivered, the order becomes non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not applicable after delivery.

Replacement Policy Replacement will be provided only if the delivered product key is found to be invalid or not working. Customers must notify us within the support period after delivery. The issue will be verified by our technical team. Upon verification, a replacement key will be issued at no additional cost.
